Refund and Returns Policy

At Cool Cats Vintage, we take great care in selecting and describing our vintage clothing items. As each piece is unique and often one-of-a-kind, please review all product photos and descriptions carefully before making your purchase.

Please Note:

• Vintage items may show signs of wear, such as marks, stains, fading, or other imperfections. These details will be included in the item description and visible in the photos. We encourage you to thoroughly inspect both before finalizing your order.

Our Policy:

• Change of Mind & Ill Fit: As we specialize in vintage clothing, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Please make sure to check the measurements and review the item carefully before purchasing.

• Defective or Misrepresented Items: If you receive an item that has defects not described in the listing or shown in the photos, please contact us as soon as possible at vintagecoolcats@gmail.com. To proceed with a return, please include your order number in the email. We will arrange a refund or exchange for any item that was incorrectly described or has undisclosed defects.

• Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unworn

• Unwashed

• In the same condition it was in when shipped.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or not as described.
